Mrs Scroblene has found a website where there is a petition to start attacking litter louts, and making good where we're being let down so much by local authorities, who seem to spend cash on their senior people but not on litter collection.
I Scrobs' humble opinion, this is one petition worth signing!

This already happens in our area but there is a problem with busy roads such as the A38 where reasonably safe access can be a problem.
I already do a clear up of our streets by myself.
Attacking litter louts ? Physically ? I'll sign up to that.
I reckon that would on the big roads, Mr H, but I still remember a chain gang working a Virginia State Highway, and the guy with the gun on the bridge made it very safe for everyone...
It's usually fast food bags and junk items, associated with morons, round here, EK.
I've got one of those gun-grippers which deals with most of the crap these cretins chuck out.
