At Woodstock everyone was so stoned the virus couldn't get in!

Ha ha ha, The J!

We never worried about such things back then, so conspiracies abound at every turn nowadays!

I even had to check which state Yasgur's Farm was in, but it was a long time ago...

That chair is the right kind of seating for watching the news - and even better for not watching the news.

Love it, Mr H!

All our garden chairs have plants, pots etc on them so we have to stay indoors, but that's going to change tomorrow, as the weather is set fair - one hopes...

The BBC news is just dire, and unwatchable, so I just read the stuff on Biased BBC, and enjoy the real craic!

Much more fun!

Have you attached any kind of electrical wiring into said chair? If you have, please invite those invaders in your village to have a little rest on a park bench whilst you get Mrs Scrobs to load your trebuchet.

In 1968 Apollo 8 stayed on mission despite its crew having the flu. In 1969 Apollo 11 landed on the moon.

What's trebuchet, GG?

I've been attached to Mrs O'Blene for nearly fifty years, and she's never asked me to do that...

This was a machine used in medieval siege warfare for hurling large stones or other missiles. It's a bit like a massive wooden catapult where all the gorgeous hairy-chested men would wang their love-letters into their lovelorn maiden's chamber so they could have some sort of nightly illicit assignation. How fortunate that the said damsels went to the Virgin Islands and never came back because I predict a baby-boom starting on the forth of June. Don't ask me why' cos I know these things.

Without the lockdown mum and dad would be dead by now. I'd rather have the folks alive. The younger ones ignore it anyway.
