Sad that the Albeeb had to concentrate on darts each evening though, they'll probably have something as mind-blowingly boring when the rugby's on as well!
Lils, That's good to hear about the dreaded hip! Please let the young man know that we're all thinking of him, lying there, seventeen nurses all bubbling round, and he can watch the Barmy Army cavorting themselves into the night...
As for all of us mortals who haven't had the op yet, we can only look forward to the next Ashes series...;0)
I explained to Mrs S how the Sprinkler dance worked, but got sidetracked by a) a quick peck, and b) a large glass of white...
It all means that we all feel better for running the Aussies ragged, and although I always maintain that they are a great, well respected and friendly race, they do need a few clops now and again, and this is the time!
It will change, and I'll still like everyone from Down Under.
It is very exciting :-)
ReplyDeleteIt sure is Lils!
ReplyDeleteJob well done there!

Elby rented sky to his pc just for the Ashes (oh, and some footie too!) Fantastic when the insomnia/early rising hits during a test.
ReplyDelete(PS.He had his other hip operated on yesterday!)

I confess that this one caught me out. Had me quite stumped actually - until I watched a second time and realised what you were (silly mid) on about.
ReplyDeleteReevers, no worry!
