Honour amongst thieves?

I try and keep 'politics' off my site, but this is really getting me excercised at the moment.

He's supposed to be in charge of work and pensions, and we get this...

So, both he and his boss have totally wrecked my pension, at my expense, and also the aspirations of my friends as well.

Just wait until Brown goes into hiding again; then Hain will be up for grabs, and it couldn't happen to a nicer bloke...

  1. Hain is so, so, so very, very nauseating and WRONG.

  2. He deserves prison. I am interested to see how this plays out.. Guido is certainly gunning for him, as are others.
I do need to read up on the pension wrecking thing, as I don't really know much about it yet.

  3. Gordon Brown says that he has full confidence in Hain - is Brown thick? This isn't Hain's first foray into the world of dodgy donations. Brown said before that he wouldn't accept any wrongdoing so why is he doing it now?

And even if you believe Hain's "I was too busy" excuse, then do you have confidence that he can run the DWP?

A bit of humility would go a long way to restoring the credibility of politics.

  4. join the club scroblene...there will be nothing by the time i retire...have been told that for the past 5 years...however they somehow manage to take from the funding which would have supported me, as someone who has worked in this country since i was 12 and paid in to the funding...to take it and give it to illegals who are not "making it" on their own...yes i am bitter...disgusted and downright pissed off about the whole thing...oh and yes still forced to pay into the fund which will not be there for me...are we having fun yet?

  5. Honour and Hain in the same sentence surely not?

  6. There must be someone in HMRC who isn't a lefty.

If so - wouldn't it be nice if they were to conduct an investigation into where all the money went?

As in - who benefited from Hain's largesse. Surely proper accounts and receipts would have been kept?

Not that I'm suggesting any of it went into his back pocket...nonononono - yes!

    There won't be justice.
